The most frequent problems of women with which they go to a psychologist have become known

They are most likely to express concerns about the imbalance between work and family responsibilities, feelings of burnout, and unequal treatment in the team based on gender.

This is reported by the Dr. Evin website.

Women often prefer to take on more work than is required, they find it difficult to say no and have difficulty setting personal boundaries. This behavior results in problems with burnout and dissatisfaction.

Men, on the other hand, are more likely to experience "imposter syndrome" and insecurity about their skills, have difficulty expressing themselves, and worry about career advancement and dominance issues.

Other common reasons why Russians turn to a psychologist for work include problems of adaptation in a team and interaction with clients. Requests for solving problems related to the balance between work and family have almost doubled over the last two years (+40%). And the largest number of requests (25% of the total number) is related to the establishment of personal boundaries and difficulties in communication.

Job-related appeals increased by 41% last year compared to 2022.
