Question: Are your services really free?
Answer: Yes, my services are really free! Anyway, for now. The reason is simple: I am gaining experience in telemedicine, which has recently become in demand due to the pandemic.
Question: Why do you help only women?
Answer: Firstly, my scientific activity is partly connected with this. Secondly, upbringing affects - from childhood they taught that men should help ladies. Thirdly, women are much more interesting to talk to.
Question: Are you really a doctor and a psychologist?
Answer: Yes, I am a doctor. I have a higher medical education. I have completed special courses in psychology. Copies of relevant medical documents are available on the page "Documents".
Q: Why on your website English version?
A: So that people who speak English can also access and understand my services.
Question: Do you have specific office hours?
Answer: Due to the fact that I need to be able to work on a regular basis and do other things, there is not and cannot be a clear schedule in this case. Everything is discussed on an individual basis. The notional appointment hours are from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays.
Question: What to do if you are not available (or not online), but there's urgently need to get in touch with you?
Answer: In general, I do not disappear from the Web for a long time, and my services here do not imply the function of an "ambulance". So just contact me using one of my contact forms and wait until I'm free to respond.
Question: How long does a consultation last?
Answer: Most often, the appointment takes up to 15 minutes. In general, it all depends on the reason for the appeal.
