Exercise equipment may provoke sexual arousal in women

Some exercise machines in the gym provoke arousal and even orgasm in women - these are the conclusions reached by American researchers from Indiana University.

This is reported by the Dr. Evin website.

They surveyed 370 women between the ages of 18 and 63 who reported a rush of arousal during exercise. It turned out that the most "sexually active" were such exercises as lifting the torso to work the abs, climbing a rope or pole, cycling, spinning and lifting weights.

When performing these exercises, the genitals are stimulated, and with highly sensitive nerve endings and tight clothing, it is quite realistic to reach climax. At the same time, respondents noted that they do not even fantasize or think about sex, just blood rushes to the muscles and stimulates the nerve endings.

It is also advisable to learn that there are a lot of myths surrounding the concept of virginity..
