The majority of Russian women (63%) plan to please their men on February 23, according to the KP.RU poll. Among them 45% want to set a festive table in honor of Defender of the Fatherland Day. Another 8% of respondents said that they could not personally congratulate their dear men on the holiday, but they are definitely going to call them.

As it became known from the survey, 5% women would let their spouses go out to spend time with friends so that they could relax in male company. 3% of respondents booked a table in a restaurant. Another 2% of Russian women decided to take advantage of the long weekend to arrange a surprise trip for their men.
8% chose the option "other". They said that they planned to congratulate their husbands and relatives in other ways, such as buying them gifts. Some emphasized that they had no one to congratulate on this holiday. The rest said that it is not customary to celebrate February 23 in their family.
The survey was conducted among subscribers and in social networks of the publication, 4.1 thousand people took part in the research.
