A 70-year-old woman went to a therapist with an unusual intimate problem - she had never achieved orgasm from oral stimulation or masturbation.

"Touching myself is not satisfying, so I don't do it. I only feel aroused in bed with a man I am physically and intellectually attracted to and love," she wrote.
The woman also said that she sometimes has erotic dreams after which she experiences orgasm. In the letter, she asked the therapist to explain her intimate characteristics.
In response, the therapists noted that the letter writer was clearly aware of her intimate needs and had probably thought about them because of insecurity or loneliness.
"Take time to explore your body, fantasize about scenarios that excite you about love and understanding. The process will take some time, so be patient," they advised.
